Can The Haunted Hill refuse admission or remove a guest?

Yes.The Haunted Hill reserves the right to refuse admission or remove guests when necessary to protect the safety of our guests, actors, staff, and property.Guests may be denied entry or removed without a refund for unsafe, disruptive, threatening, aggressive, intoxicated, or inappropriate behavior; possession of prohibited items; damaging property; touching or assaulting actors; or refusing to follow instructions from staff, parking attendants, or security.Follow the rules, respect our actors and staff, and we'll take care of the scares.

Is The Haunted Hill wheelchair or walker accessible?

Accepted Answer

The Haunted Hill is an outdoor attraction built through natural, uneven wooded terrain and is not designed to be fully accessible to wheelchairs, walkers, or other mobility devices.Guests using mobility devices are welcome, and we'll make reasonable efforts to accommodate you. However, some scenes and portions of the trail cannot be safely navigated with these devices. You may need to be escorted around those areas and, as a result, may miss a significant portion of the attraction.We strongly encourage you to contact us before your visit so we can discuss the terrain and what to expect.

What time should I arrive?

Ticket sales begin at 7:30 PM, but you're welcome to arrive early.Get parked, enjoy something from one of our on-site food trucks, and get ready for your trip into The Haunted Hill.Arriving early is especially recommended on our busiest nights.

Question 5

What kind of shoes and clothing should I wear?

The Haunted Hill takes place outdoors on dark, natural, uneven terrain.For your safety, we strongly recommend closed-toe, full-foot footwear, such as sneakers or boots.Flip-flops, sandals, high heels, and other open or unstable footwear should not be worn on the trail. Dress for an outdoor walk through the woods in October. Comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty is your best choice. Avoid loose clothing or accessories that could snag on branches, props, or other objects.And most importantly, wear appropriate shoes!Remember, you're heading into the woods. Dress accordingly.

Can I bring my child?

You know your child's scare tolerance better than we do.The Haunted Hill is designed to be intense and frightening, and we generally do not recommend the attraction for children under 12. However, every child is different, and the final decision belongs to the parent or guardian.  Please understand that our actors will not reduce the intensity of the attraction because a young child is present.If your child becomes too frightened to continue, our staff can assist your group in exiting the trail. There are no refunds if you or your child choose not to complete the attraction.

Question 7

How many people can go through together?

For the best experience, we recommend groups of no more than 8 people.Larger groups tend to reduce the scare factor because guests toward the back may see or hear scares before reaching them.If you still prefer to enter with a larger group, that's okay. Just remember:The larger the group, the less effective some of the scares may be.

Will my small group be sent through alone?

Accepted Answer

NO!During busy periods, smaller parties may be combined with other guests to keep the trail moving efficiently.If your party has fewer than approximately 6–8 people, you should be prepared to be paired with another group.

Can I leave if I get too scared?

Accepted Answer

Yes. It happens!The Haunted Hill was designed with multiple hidden access roads and exits throughout the trail so our staff can get in or out if an emergency occurs. If you're unable to continue, notify the nearest actor or staff member and we'll assist you in exiting the attraction.Please understand that leaving the attraction early does not qualify for a refund.

Are there medical conditions that may make the attraction unsafe?

The Haunted Hill may include darkness, uneven terrain, loud noises, flashing or strobe-style lighting, fog, sudden scares, confined areas, and intense scenes.Guests who are pregnant or who have heart conditions, seizure disorders, respiratory problems, mobility limitations, or other conditions that could be affected by these elements should carefully consider whether the attraction is appropriate for them.Please review our WARNING page before entering.

Can the actors touch me?

The Haunted Hill is an interactive, live-action experience.While our actors are not intentionally trying to harm you, you may be bumped, brushed against, or touched as actors move through your group or perform their scares.You'll be traveling through a dark attraction where actors and guests may be moving in close proximity.

Can I touch the actors or props?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not.Do not touch, grab, hit, push, threaten, or intentionally make physical contact with our actors. Do not grab, move, damage, or intentionally interfere with props, sets, or equipment.Our actors are here to scare and entertain you, not to be touched or assaulted.Intentionally touching or damaging actors, props, sets, or equipment is a quick way to earn an immediate escort from the attraction by security, without a refund. Assaultive or threatening behavior is taken very seriously and may result in law enforcement involvement and a trip to the local magistrate.Enjoy the scares. Don't become one of them.

Can I wear a costume or mask?

NO MASKS! Costumes are permitted as long as they don't interfere with your ability to safely navigate the attraction.However, guest masks are absolutely prohibited. Our actors should be the only characters on the trail. Prohibiting guest masks allows our staff and security to quickly distinguish actors from customers and helps keep everyone safe.

Can I bring my phone on the trail?

We strongly recommend leaving your phone, keys, and other valuables secured in your vehicle.The Haunted Hill takes you through nearly a mile of dark, uneven wooded terrain. If you lose an item, we will not stop the attraction or interrupt other groups to search for it.Lost items generally cannot be safely searched for until daylight the following day. At that time, we'll make a reasonable attempt to locate the item, but we cannot guarantee that lost belongings will be found.If you choose to bring your phone, keep it securely put away while on the trail.Our best advice? Leave it in the vehicle and enjoy the scare.

Can I take pictures or use a flashlight?

No. Cameras, photography, video recording, and personal flashlights are not permitted on the trail.Part of The Haunted Hill experience is not knowing what's waiting for you in the darkness. Flash photography, phone lights, and flashlights can ruin the experience and interfere with our actors and other guests.

Can I bring a purse or backpack?

Accepted Answer

No.Purses, backpacks, large bags, and similar items are not permitted inside the attraction.Please leave unnecessary belongings secured in your vehicle before entering the trail. This helps prevent lost items and keeps the trail safer for everyone.

What items are prohibited?

For the safety of our guests, actors, and staff, the following are not permitted inside The Haunted Hill:Weapons of any kindAlcohol or illegal drugsPurses, backpacks, or large bagsCameras or photography equipmentFlashlights or personal lighting devicesOutside food or beveragesAny item staff or security determines could create a safety concern
Possession of prohibited items or refusal to follow instructions from staff or security will result in removal without a refund.

Can I smoke or vape?

No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the attraction.The Haunted Hill operates on private property and through wooded areas. This rule is strictly enforced for the safety of our guests, actors, staff, and property.

Pets are not permitted inside the attraction.

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final.Refunds will not be issued because a guest becomes frightened, decides not to enter, leaves before completing the attraction, loses personal belongings, or is removed for violating attraction rules.Any cancellation or weather-related policy announced by The Haunted Hill will apply when the attraction itself is unable to operate.
