The Haunted Hill reserves the right to deny admission or remove any guest whose behavior, condition, or failure to follow attraction rules creates a safety concern for themselves, our actors, staff, or other guests.

The Haunted Hill may include:
Complete or extreme darkness • Low visibility • Loud and sudden noises • Strobe or flashing lights • Fog • Special effects • Sudden scares • Live actors • Confined areas • Uneven terrain • Damp or wet conditions • Physically demanding walking
This attraction is intentionally designed to frighten and startle you.

For your safety, you should not enter if you have a condition that could be aggravated by an intense haunted attraction, including:
Heart conditions • Seizure disorders • Asthma or serious respiratory conditions • Significant physical limitations • Pregnancy • Other medical conditions that may be affected by intense scares, flashing lights, fog, darkness, loud noises, or physical exertion
If you are unsure whether it is safe for you to participate, please consult your healthcare provider before entering.
AGE RECOMMENDATION
The Haunted Hill is not recommended for children under 12.
Parents and guardians know their child's scare tolerance better than we do. If you choose to bring a younger child, please understand that our actors will not reduce the intensity of the attraction because a child is present.
If your child becomes too frightened to continue, we can assist you in exiting the trail, but no refunds will be issued.
DRESS FOR THE TRAIL
You are entering an outdoor wooded attraction with dark, uneven terrain.
We strongly recommend appropriate, secure, full-foot footwear such as sneakers or boots. No flip-flops, high heels, or other unsafe footwear. Dress appropriately for the weather and outdoor trail conditions.
ZERO TOLERANCE
DO NOT TOUCH OUR ACTORS OR PROPS.
Do not grab, hit, push, threaten, harass, or intentionally make physical contact with our actors. Do not intentionally touch, move, damage, or interfere with props, sets, or equipment. Our actors are here to scare you. They are not here to be touched or assaulted.
Violations may result in immediate removal by security without a refund. Assaultive, threatening, or destructive behavior may result in law-enforcement involvement. We take the safety of our actors and guests seriously.
ACTOR CONTACT
The Haunted Hill is an interactive live-action attraction.
You may be bumped, brushed against, or touched as actors move through your group, perform their scares, or navigate the attraction around you.
PROHIBITED
The following are not permitted inside the attraction:
Weapons • Alcohol • Illegal drugs • Smoking • Vaping • Guest masks • Purses • Backpacks • Large bags • Cameras • Photography or video equipment • Flashlights • Outside food or drinks. We may deny admission or remove guests who appear intoxicated or impaired without a refund.
WHILE ON THE HAYWAGON & TRAIL
For everyone's safety:
Remain seated while the haywagon is moving. No running. No smoking or vaping. Follow all instructions from staff, actors, security, and parking attendants. Do not enter restricted areas or leave the designated trail unless directed by a staff member.
LEAVE YOUR VALUABLES BEHIND
We strongly recommend leaving phones, keys, purses, bags, and other valuables secured in your vehicle.
If you lose something on the trail, The Haunted Hill will not stop the attraction to search for it.
Lost-item searches generally cannot be conducted safely until daylight the following day. We will make a reasonable effort to locate lost property, but we cannot guarantee recovery.
